Contessa 26 "pearl"
 

This Contessa 26 "PEARL" was built in 1977 and refitted in 2015 underwent our full ceramic coating package. Below waterline was completely stripped back and repainted in Durepox primer before being wet sanded to a race finish and coated with Ceramic Pro Marine. This will make the boat considerably faster in the water compared to anti-fouled hulls and even dry-sailed gelcoat hulls, it will also act as an antifoul and will prevent growth below the waterline.

 

 The topside were given a 3 stage polish to loose scratches and imperfections and also coated with Ceramic Pro Marine, the gives the paintwork extra protection, enhanced gloss levels and makes it easier to clean and maintain.

 The cockpit and deck was detailed and polished and fully coated with Ceramic Pro Marine.

  The teak was sanded back to removed all varnish and restore it to its former colour and then treated to keep it looking fresh for longer
